"people" are also just making crap out of this for their own needs and feeling better about things. i just don't care at this point. so there was an argument on the sidelines.

given that we were *supposed* to be like 4-2 or better by now...
given that this was finally "our year" to shine
given that we were building on the success of last year
and given how things have gone...

a blow up on the sidelines just isn't that big a deal.

This.

Quickly frankly, I'm surprised Jerry hasn't already walked onto the sideline to chew some butt. No big deal.

Now, if Jerry runs down to the field, pushes down the water boy and stomps on him... .

and we should care what you think why?

Whose we, you and your pet gold fish? Did someone anoint you the end all, be all, of football knowledge? You're imaginary superiority football knowledge is just as comical as some others on here. So unless you ca debate my previous post, carry on.

I think there are indisputable facts here:

1) The defense is better with Hardy on the field.

2) Hardy is our best defensive player at this point.

3) Biascica is terrible

4) Hardy had no business barging into a special teams huddle to confront the coach.

5) Hardy is a hot head that may or may not result in more issues over the rest of the season.

This is what happens when you put a lion in a room full of brainwashed Garrett robots.

What does this mean? Now the cowboys are brainwashed robots ? Weird comment. The team is full of characters.

Probably meant to take the opposite of the more logical stance. Which is that we had no cap room so we signed a good player/awful person and well try to ignore his antics.

Are you going to ignore the fact that the coach pushed Hardy back from being in his face screaming, after Hardy had already slapped the clipboard out of his hand? Or is it only okay for Hardy to be physical with someone?

People are trying real hard to spin this like the coach just pushed Hardy, unprovoked, and it led to everything else. The video is pretty clear what led to what.
Once again, Greg Hardy is innocent. The coach started it. Hardy was just defending himself. Hardy placed the 911 call. It was the coach's fault. The coach got what he deserved.

If Hardy was an Eagle, every single member of this forum would be laughing at that team's dysfunction, and calling Hardy out.

The blow up with players, as I stated before, I wouldn't have cared about. It wouldn't have made me bat an eye. That's part of sports, as far as I'm concerned.

But you can't take it as far as Hardy and start slapping things out of coaches hands and getting in their faces and screaming. There is a line you have to know not to cross. That's my problem with this.

Like clockwork, Hardy on ESPN's front page and will probably be the lead story on every show for the next few days.

Maybe this negative pub on Hardy helps us in the long run with contract negotiations.

A player assaulted a coach on the sidelines of a game. What exactly should be the lead story on ESPN and #1 topic of conversation this week? Atlanta 10, Tennessee 7..?

If your take is Hardy went berserk, you are a victim of the TMZation of sports journalism.

I don't want any association with anyone that has a problem with what Hardy demonstrated on the sideline.

Oh boy, the 'ole every one is a sheep, I am a leader line. Classic. I don't recall you complaining much about Garrett last year too often. I guess the Cowboys were winning despite Garrett, so you were okay with it.

I complained about Garrett.

He sucks. Not a fan of a guy that gives us no advantage. That may be fine for the Cleveland Browns but the Cowboys should have an elite coach.

I don't blame him for yesterday though. I thought the coaching was fine and the players ultimately lost us this game.

Watching ESPN First Take, they are all giving Hardy a pass on it. Says it's understandable even SAS

Besides he was yelling at the special teams and honestly, they weren't special.

Well apparently Dez had a problem. That's why he went after Hardy on the sideline and those two had to be separated.

Guess you now want Bryant off the team.

What was demonstrated? That Hardy is a hot head who can't control himself and trucked himself into a special teams huddle because he wanted to tear the coach a new butthole? Trying to sell that as good sideline emotion and fire is bizarre.
