But the premise of his point is right. The ONLY way the Cowboys would want to trade this guy is if he IS an absolute punk. That's not to say he is a punk, because he very well might not be. But if he were traded, well...
Because clearly, we wouldn't get in return what we would perceive to be his value, especially one season after drafting him. I doubt there'd be a team eager to give up a first round pick for him.
The Fasano trade was different in that he was an inherited player for Garrett. Fasano didn't do what he wanted from the tight end position, so he happily dished him out for a lower pick than what it took to draft him.
But Bennett? This wouldn't be a "fit" issue.
Obviously, I doubt this rumor has legs. But again, if it does, the above poster's premise has to be correct.
