even if TO had been voted to the pro bowl, he wouldv'e dropped out because of his hand injury, IMO the game doesn't matter though it's just the fact that you were voted there even though most of the voting is a joke, but i just don't think that anyone has mentioned this, they keep saying how TO should be in it because of what he did with only one hand but people still don't seem to notice it

...just sayin

yeah i said this earlier - he should have been voted on but it would have made no difference cause he would have sat it out anyway.

Well considering at the time of the selections he had Boldin beat in almost every statistical category, then yeah he was way more deserving to go. He got jobbed out of the ProBowl, but that's to be expected. When you P off a bunch of fans, players, and coaches it's hard to get in.

Also that "most dropped passes" is crap in my opinion because I'm pretty sure there aren't many who could tell me who had the most last year.

Guess you guys didn't hear his interview with Deion on the NFL Network the other day.

T.O. said that had he been voted to the Pro Bowl he would have held off on the surgery so he could attend and play in the game.

Here's the entire interview if you want to listen to it...

Ok I'll bite. It's slow around here any way. You get voted in by peers, and coaches right? Is the media involved? I don't remember. Either way I doubt owens gets much respect from any of them. Skills wise, yeah he should go.
It's still a popularity contest and I guess owens is only popular among a few Cowboy fans, of which only three showed up to his birthday bash.

:laugh1:
