Has Linehan done a good job here?

I think Linehan is at least a step better than Garrett was. It's also quite possible he's being held back by JG from being "all he can be."

We would all feel better about the offense if the one change was Dez used in more ways instead of just hitch and outside routes.

I think our offense is good overall, so it's kind of moot. But I don't think Linehan's play calling is exceptional. It's a bit more creative than Garrett's was, maybe. Overall, I think he's more a good fit in terms of temperament and his experience working with the HC than he is an exceptional coordinator. I like the guy ok and think he's part of a solid offensive staff. I don't love him or think he's likely to be irreplaceable.

He at least gives Tony Romo complete flexibility to call plays at the line of scrimmage. That in itself, is very creative. He also likes and is not afraid to run the ball...those qualities I like.

They are trying out having Dez Bryant in motion more as well. That creates mismatches off the line of scrimmage and open routes.

Exactly, even if it forces a LB on Beasley, which obviously is where Tony would and should look.

Everyone loves to blame the defense but the defense did it's job last season. They were holding teams as long as they could but they got absolutely nothing from the offense last season.
