Vick Lawsuit Dropped!
August 17, 2007 11:49 AM
This story will make your day. Apparently a South Carolina prison inmate recently filed a federal lawsuit against Michael Vick seeking $63 billion in gold and silver.
The inmate, who refers to himself under the common alias "Credit Card Czar doing business as The Nostradamus of Commerce" claimed that Vick stole his dogs for dogfighting purposes and then sold them on eBay.
In an odd turn of events, the inmate said Vick "used the proceeds to buy missiles from the Iran government."
A federal judge threw out the lawsuit, in part, because the man had already filed lawsuits against Pope Benedict XVI, Adolph Hitler's National Socialist Party, the Ming Dynasty, the Statue of Liberty, Michaelangelo, the Hubble Telescope, the Magna Carta, Plato, the Tenth Edition of the Merriam Webster Dictionary, Tsunami victims, the Appalachian Trail, Meals on Wheels, Tony Danza and Lambeau Field.
Someone should free this man immediately. I know he was involved in some credit card mischief a few years ago, but we need someone with the guts to go after organizations such as Meals on Wheels, which discriminates against people under 80, and the Appalachian Trail, which is very confusing.
