Having trouble getting the Chat to work.

My Firefox won't let me get the JAVA add-on, I keep getting an error.

What gives?

Someone else in the chat right now experienced the same thing. I am not a tech guy but if you can open a browser with Microsoft you should be good to go.

I receive a menu when I right click the firefox icon.

It might be Vista related, that is what I am using and I am stuck at a loading screen.

My java platform loads up but can't finish loading the chat scripts.
