Isn't Callahan's contract up this year? I feel like he's going to try to look for an OC position someplace else where he get's to run his own system.

I think the problem is the teams success stems from them and him getting paid while they might leave is bad for Dallas.

I just can't help but think that Callahan must really want to get out of Dallas after being relegated to a minor role. I feel he is the next coach to leave Dallas. Linehan probably wants to fully take over as OC...which would happen only if Callahan leaves. Keeping both of them doesn't seem likely.

I really thought Garrett was an awful HC, I wanted him gone after 2012 and 2013 but he proved me and many others wrong this year, he is becoming one heck of a HC, he will be here for many years and honestly I am thrilled. With some true D line help, and better secondary ( to me LB's are not a big issue if we bring back Durant, Lee is serviceable) we can start to really impose our will on teams as the leads our O builds will have a higher percentage of standing up even if we play not to our maximum ( yesterday)

This is where I am as well. I wanted Garrett gone after last year. But he has proved to me that he can work with Jerry and succeed on the field. That is a rarity.

Garrett will get a lucrative contract from Jerry and he deserves it.

He stays. LInehan will be boosted up to oc by title and eberlus will be promoted to dc when marinelli leaves. Almost keeping the same core. Just have to make right changes w players. I do see us going all in this year in the draft and free agency. We were 12-4 and possibly one bad call away from nfc championship. Future is bright.

He had 4 years with ONLY 1 playoff win thanks to him being a "cheerleader in 2015". Parcells actually admitted that Jerry is not a "Football Guy" yet everybody is happy that Jerry is Garrett's Teacher. Heck, Jerry should give Garrett a 1 year contract for less than $4 Million) and tell him to go get me a Super Bowl. Training Wheels are off. Garrett needs to be held to the fire otherwise he will be too comfortable.

Yeah, it doesn't sound like you fully understand the situation yet. But, either way, prepare yourself for a big extension for Jason Garrett, because it's going to happen.
