i'm usually cool as a cucumber, not getting too high or too low until about 5:00 left in the 4th. Then if the cowboys or opposing team make a play that either seals it for the cowboys win or seals it for the cowboys loss I get LOUD.

my neighbors came over and complained after the Eagles game and called the cops after the Steelers game lol

oh and throw in a bunch of profanity and elevated volume of my voice if the refs call BS penalties on the cowboys
