At this point, with Garrett leaving there are going to be staff changes anyway, so I really would not be surprised if there is a major coaching change. Garrett is going to take staff with him and there is going to be a new offense in place next year anyway, so if a Shanny is brough in I really would not be surprised.

Yeah -- any retread worth his salt is going to have competent coaches on speed dial. Wade and Jerry are left to mix and match in order to get the exact right combo that can make up for WP's lack of discipline. Needed: competent OC with disciplinary streak. Needed: competent DC with disciplinary streak and 1-gap 3-4 experience.
