Somebody has to. I guess that's Heath's cross to bear in life.![]()

If you asked a non-Cowboys fan they would likely say, "Jeff who?"Where would Heath rank in the list of top Dallas Cowboys of all time?

Some reality from Reality. Nice.If you asked a non-Cowboys fan they would like say, "Jeff who?"![]()
Be careful. You'll get accused of "whining" about Heath.Heath had a real bad game actually
Heath is an awesome story. It is sad that people cant get that first season out of their heads. An undrafted safety played every snap on special teams and had to replace an injured safety on the worst defense in the league that year. He didn't take over the league, and people cant get over that one season.
Heath has big value, and keeps getting better. I think he is a good safety.
Fans that think Heath is average don't know defense. Period.Did anybody notice Jeff Heath run down Saquon Barkley from behind?
The announcer said Heath had an angle but it looked like a straight run-down in that last 5 to 10 yards.
Heath might not be great but he is by far a better Safety than Bill Bates on his best day, yet people loved Bates and hate Heath.
Heath is like my golf game..... bad but fastHerein lies a perfect example of why #38 irks me to no end....
90% of the time he's out of position and getting burnt. 10% of the time he's making plays like running down Barkley from behind to keep the legend going....
God this guy's gets on my nerves.
Wow, just wow. He's better than Roy Williams ever was, IMO.
I can tell... relax man.God this guy's gets on my nerves.
I can tell... relax man.
Back then, they had safeties who could hit but not cover. Now, they have safeties who can cover but get run over.
#38 is in a category all by himself.
He can't cover...
& he gets trucked....
But he makes an occasional legend growing play that is the equivalent of rattling a wind chime...
Heath is decent. He has a tendency to get trucked when tackling though. He’s certainly not alone in the regard. Woods gets run over as well. The Cowboys have done an about face on safety play since the early part of the decade. Back then, they had safeties who could hit but not cover. Now, they have safeties who can cover but get run over.
This is why I never take polls seriously. 31 people (almost 25%) actually think Bill Bates is the greatest Cowboy of all time???Where would Heath rank in the list of top Dallas Cowboys of all time?

No offense Bleu, but that was funny
Everyone likes a good story but I don't want him starting at Safety for the Dallas Cowboys. He is average to below average at best. He can be upgraded fairly easily. As a Special Teams and backup player he's fine...
