I still think if Henry gets by the Panthers, he's going to drop to the middle second or maybe the third round.

Unless Elliott is already a Cowboy you take Henry and don't even give it a second thought. Joseph loves the big highlight hit and whiffs on too many open feild tackles.

I think Henry has as high a chance of being ineffective in the NFL as any RB in the draft.

He's no Hershall Walker, nor Jerome Bettis, nor Earl Campbell.

No thanks...I prefer a speedy RB with moves who makes DBs miss, a guy who can jump-cut in and out of the hole.

4.5 40 at 250 is dang fast. And Cowboys offense is predicated on gaining dirty yards, and home run guys have a tendency to lose yards, e.g. Barry Sanders.

Similar size to Ed Reed and hadn't missed a game in his career until this season and that was a non-contact injury.

They have Joseph listed at 5'10" tall, but he's more like 5'9". Reed is about 6'0" tall. Reed just looked simply bigger than Joseph who looks more compact. Injuries are still injuries and going into his pro career with an injury is a little worrisome.

Henry. We had our only decent year when reliant on our run game and I don't see the signing of Morris taking us back to that year. Henry... possibly.

I think Henry would do well here (a lot of backs would), but I love Joseph. The attitude he would bring to the defense is extremely valuable. He fires up his team with the way he plays and his take-no-prisoners mentality.

Dude is a guided missile and his team mates know it... as does the other team's WR's.

I'll take henry. Think he will excel in our system and give opposing defenses fits.
Powerful, big, fast, intimidating.
Take that all day

Joseph by a mile. Get a RB later.

I read this comment about RBs all the time. The truth is that the same can said for any position . Great RBs are rare in the mid to late rounds, you get what you pay for unless you get lucky. There are some decent RBs in the later rounds , but I want a RB that can play three downs and is capable of taking advantage of this oline to run the ball down the defense.'a throat. Those type of backs are not common .

The second round holds so many good options
if I may sneak in V.Butler into the discussion.
Someone compared him Butler] to Fletcher Cox
and I can't get that outa my mind.
I like Joesph

Johnathan Williams and he can be had 4th or later.

Cowboys just need to believe in their evaluations. I would assume the first 6-8 picks in the second round, the teams will be picking players they have listed as first rounders according to their board. The question after the fact is if they were right on their evaluations.

I like Henry as a second back on a team. I think Carolina, Seattle and Jacksonville (before they signed the running back from the Jets) would be a good fits. He could get 15 carries a game and pair with another good back to really make that position strong. I am not crazy about Dallas' starters at running backs currently and he would be the best back on the roster if drafted. Right now I would probably shy away from him.

Joseph looks intriguing. I am still of the mindset that we need to get the QB evaulations right. If we think either are franchise guys, you move up. If you don't think either are franchise guys, I must say a Myles Jack/Joseph 1-2 is sort of attractive. I much prefer pressure players but if you could have the flexibility of Jack, Josesph and Jones from last year, you could do a lot of things in your base defense.
