I know I am possibly dreaming, but here's to hoping big time that Duke Preston is working out fine with the Cowboys, and that the Cowboys can trade Proctor to the chargers for a draft pick.

Nick Hardwick-C- Chargers Sep. 15 - 12:30 am et

Chargers C Nick Hardwick was carted off the field in the third quarter with an apparent left knee injury on Monday night in Oakland.

Hardwick was the second Chargers offensive lineman to get injured in the game. Rookie right guard Louis Vasquez also left with an apparent leg injury. They are struggling to protect Philip Rivers in this one.

Just when you think the thread quality on this board couldn't go any lower, something like this comes along.

For one trades in the nfl rarely happen, and two no one would even contemplate trading for Proctor.

yes, I am sure the chargers immediately thought of proctor when their center went down.

Matter of fact I suspect Proctor is the first name on every o-line list in the league, he is just that good.
