Jerry is smart. Why cut everyone right away and have to suck up their salaryfor nothing when someone else is willing to do so anyways. Jerry's gonna try tokeep Wade on as the DC. But Shanny is on his way. I told everyone Garret will get a gig because there wasn't may top notch coaches willing to take the bottom feeder jobs. Jerry is going to wash the coaching salaries and still get us Shanny. Probably keep Wade onasDC also. Jerry's doing good business right now and using T.O's presence to divert attention away from what he's onto. Jerry's will prove to be a mastermind if he gets Shanny and keeps Wade. Pac and Tank will be gone. A very talented core of players will remain with enough room on the roster for the coaching staff to churn and tweak. Garretts gonna take guys with him which will allow the new coach to bring a good bunch of his guys. Wade can continue the defenses continuity. Wade will be here as DC.

I know, crazy isn't it? They should be celebrating. This has been this seasons most uplifting moment so far if you ask me.

(shrinkage would be a problem with the streaking scenario however as it's currently FIVE BELOW ouside right now!) I just started the thread to point out the obvious fact that JJ's "continuity" statement won't amount to a hill of beans when all is said and done: THANKFULLY.

I agree. Hope my post is not misleading. He's being patient and waiting to capatalize on the right coaching structure this time around I believe. If he gets Shanny then Jerry was a smooth operator hear by getting who we needed and washing the salaries. Especially if Wade stays as DC. That's what I'm on about. I think Jerry's the best businessman in the league and not GM.

Um, the issue is Jerry's candor/trustworthiness. He stated on more than one occasion that the entire coaching staff would return intact. This was followed up by two firings (and counting). Whether the firings were justified is irrelevant. Don't make promises you have no intention of keeping.

I understand. I never believed the continuity and financial cards anyways. Had a few threads throughout the weeks regarding it. Cross your fingers my friend. But Shanny will be ours.

Thank god Im not the only one who thinks this way. It's a gigantic cluster-f and Jerry remains a Bafoon. When Jerry gives the team to Stephen, he will reap more praise than he's ever had because people will notice just how great he is as a business person and owner of the team. Now he is known for the wrong reasons sadly.
