HH31, congratulations on your impending graduation! I took issue with your generalization of Hispanics. Perhaps you meant nothing by it, but you'll understand if I thought you were insensitive. As a black male (44), I know the charges of racial hatred, both real, and imagined, from a number of perspectives. It should never be taken lightly.

And as a black male, you should consider the way you would feel, or have felt, when you were spoken ill of without provocation. Okay, back to regularly scheduled programming.

Sorry for offending you, I didnt mean anything by it, just trying to get the point across that anyone and everyone feels the need to chime in on the subject.

And just because I hate people like Pacman doesnt mean I have to be black. I'm very much white, but I've known too many great, civil minorities in my life who still deal with racism because there are people who throw them all into one category of the "black gangster" who will be dead or in jail at some point, and much of the reason for it is because of people like Pacman who are constantly in the public eye and doing stupid things.

look i dont bash u guys for wanting him......you have ur reasons. i dont want him. he isnt worth selling the farm for. no player in this year's draft is.

We usually are on the same page but I have to disagree w/ you on this one Bigg. The game against LSU solidified my thoughts about DMc. I didn't think he was on the same level as AD but after that game, he's definitely in the same ballpark. DMc played in the best conference and still played at the top level. He's worthy of the #1 overall, imo.

That said, it would take a BIG package of pciks to move up to get him. Not sure if even JJ would have the stones to do that. I would love to get him, but I would be content to pick-up a RB in the 2nd like Jamaal Charles if available. Deep down, I'm pulling for JJ to get the deal done because, to me, DMc is all that AND a bag of chips.....
