Did anyone else cringe after Witten caught the pass and saw the DB go low on Witten? Whew! That was a knee injury waiting to happen.

I know what you mean. My first thought was that the DB was going for his knees instead of only trying to take Witten's legs out from under him.

I know I did Bluestar22...

He will be a big part of the offense this season...

How did you like Jason Garretts playcalling?

He definitely wasn't trying to wrap up.

Jumped out of my seat, called the db that did that a cat in different terms.

Why dbs insist on putting a helmet directly on a guys knee is beyond me. I couldnt believe another cowboy didnt go over and get that guy.

I thought the playcalling in the redzone sucked. I can only hope they were looking at something else, perhaps, the run blocking. Garrett was here to witness us pounding it in with Emmitt inside the 10 so that may be his m.o.

It was pretty vanilla, but I was trying to see how well he mixed it up... I did like how he did that.

Obviously any team will tighten up on the run in the red zone, but that's where the will and heart comes in, plus we're missing starters on the OL anyway.

We'll be fine when the regular season comes around... I think Garrett at the offensive helm will be just fine.

I saw Witten snap his head at theguy like, what the hell are you thinking? but i think the cowboys are more intrested in staying in the game, and not getting in trouble. It's never worth it.

I am pretty sure the hit on Fasano was with the crown of the helmet and should have drawn a flag.

Thats what I hate about PS Games - Literally almost every hit that any of our players took, I'm just sitting there thinking "get up, please get up...."

I had my first blowup of the season (according to my wife), when that scrub DE from the Colts dove on Romo helmet first. I will admit, after watching the replay, it looked like he was diving for the ball, but when it first happened....on man :)

The reason i was so pissed was because it was just stupid to begin with. the QB gave himself up, touch him down and get ready for the punt. Instead you attack him head first, and give us a FG. That is just so stupid

Romo had already been touched by a different player then he dives on him.

If the DB hit him a little lower it would of blown his knee out. I had flashbacks of the Miami RB.

I'm thinking the guy will draw a fine. He should. He drew the trifecta. The hit was late, the QB was on the ground and he led with his helmet.
