When the superbowl was hosted in Arlington (during that crazy snow storm) I remember being very happy to see Greene, Woodson, and Driver all finally win a championship
Greene a few years after that superbowl ended up stepping down as a coach in order to spend more time with his school aged children and now he's dead just a handful of years later. Very sad
I know he never played for the Cowboys and did spend some time in Pittsburgh, but this one HURTS bad. My wife has been friends with him for years and she is crushed. She can't stop crying. He was a good guy IRL. He really was. He used to say he never held my fandom of the Cowboys against me. My wife's ex-husband even roomed with him during a religious retreat years ago. No cause of death yet, but way too young.
