I disagree with him in the fact that I don't believe McKinnie and Loadholt are going to continue to be terrible.

If anything will grab their attention and wake them up it will be the Cowboys coming into town.

They are the 2nd most talented team in the NFC and who do we put on Harvin?

I can't say that we are a terrible matchup for them.

We can play MAN on their recievers and go after Favre with our front 7. Favre can't move and he will throw us the ball.. We have the speed in our secondary to play man against anybody.. The Vikes can't block us upfront..

I hope but I just don't look at the Vikings as a team that we can just out-muscle like a team like the Saints.

Cowboys and Vikings are the 2 most physical NFC teams imo.

Their secondary is very weak, especially at the safty spots. Winfield hasn't been playing all that good either and I believe he's dinged up. They were even talking about cutting his playing time.. We can score on them especially inside that dome. It's no noiser there then it was in New Orleans..

Although he wasnt about to buy in that the Cowboys were the best team in the NFL as Dilfer suggested

He almost fell off his chair. Yet had nothing of substance to respond with. Unless a flustered laugh is considered substance.

They've struggled all year, yet somehow they're gonna just turn it on against Ware and Spencer?

LOL I don't buy that.

Exactly, Favre is not as mobile as McNabb and we have seen when you pressure him, he goes back to his old self---throwing interceptions and taking gambles. The D will get tremendous pressure on him and will key on Peterson.

Yeah, play Harvin and Rice the same way we played Jackson and Maclin.

I don't care if the game is in Minnesota, this team appears confident and focused and when you play that way (i.e. the Ravens, Giants, Steelers, and Cardinals from recent SB runs) the sky is the limit.
The 'boys do match up well with them----now its just time to do it. :starspin

I don't buy it either, we'll chase Favre and knock him around a game long. WP has this D well prepared and hungry...

check out the vikings 8 home games.

they destroyed bad teams but against tougher opponents they had not dominated like we did. and on the road they struggled.

dallas can beat them. punch them in the mouth and they will fold.

farve has something for the boys. he struggles with them.

maybe a little love for them makes it tough to compete against them.

the home games. what do you guys think.

1- san fransisco. 27-24 minnesota wins on a last second touchdown pass from the 32.

2 green bay 30-23 farve owned green bay but owned them early when green bay didnt have an identity.

3- baltimore 33-31- wow the ravens dont have a great offense but they loaded up here and a 44 yard miss by the ravens at the end gave the vikings the win.

4- detroit 27-10- seriously? ok.

5- seattle 35-9- ok we crushed this team too.

6- chicago 36-10 they lose to this team on the road and crushed them at home.

7- cincinnatti-30-10 palmer throws for 94 yards...this is the end of the bengals myth. their team can only run the ball and cant pass it. hence they lose in the playoffs.

8-giants 44-7 giants have given up.

so how impressive are the vikings? well they can rack up points but they havent played a team that can really stop the pass at home all year. get to farve and we can win this game.

I don't know how specifically this is a matchup nightmare for the Vikings. He was just listing every Cowboy position basically.

One person scares me, Adrian Peterson. He is what Westbrook was for Philly and will cause problems.

last time we faced him we dominated him.

we are a better team now.

Your memory must not be very good.

He only had 12 carries that game for 63 yards, and a TD.

A lot of Cowboys fans were puzzled that he didn't get MORE carries.

He looked explosive.

The only person that could stop him that day was Brad Childress.
