I read today that Bledsoe has won 8 games in a row now on the road. We are 0-1 at home and 2-0 on the road.

Last year our fans booed VT, and at many times are passive.

Can someone post home record of recent?

10-7 over the last two seasons plus last Monday. Road record for the same period: 8-11.

I've been to Texas Stadium a couple of times. Fans are pretty passive there, I have no idea why that is.

The old Mile High was the loudest place I have seen a game. Lambeau and the Metrodome were much louder as well.

It's actually six in a row -- at Seattle, at Miami, at Cincinnati, at San Francisco, at San Diego and at San Francisco again.

Before that was a streak of six straight losses on the road.

He's won 6 in a row on the road, and his 4 road wins to finish last year came against Seattle, Cincy, Miami, and San Francisco, teams that were a combined 23-41 last year. He finished 4-4 on the road last year, seems like a fluke stat to me

I went to a Dallas game 97 era -

Was appalled how quite, polite the crowd was. It was eery. Growing up at games in Meadowlands and Foxboro - it was foreign. Fans here are rabid and crazy.

Yep, I didn't get it. Cowboys fans fill up a good portion of opposing teams' stadiums, yet sit on their hands at home.

I posted on this once before. That is just the nature of us here in North Texas. Laid back, sit back, drink a beer, watch the game. I enjoy other teams stadiums and the rowdy, but I would be a liar if I said I didn't enjoy just watching the game.

I mean, lots of head coaches are rowdy and yell a lot, but some don't. Kind of like fans. (shameless Landry plug)

I have to agree there. I'll get loud and stand up at the proper times, but I just like to enjoy the football.

Explains so much ... :D

Reality - I am a major football fan. You can goof on me as you did - I won't get into my day job but its done very well for my family.......

Been to Foxboro Pats probably 50 times to date. Grew up in the Meadowlands and Giants late 70's early 80's. Been to the Vet in Philly and made ventures to Texas Stadium and Joe Robbie.

Dallas fans are as passive and quite as I've ever seen. Thats really factual. And is hurting this team. JMO

I don't disagree with this statement at all. It's been that way my entire life.

Actually tototally love the Dallas experience. Great Tex/Mex - the stadium tho dated is impressive and historic. I just was strunned how reserved the fans were. It was eery. Granted many of us North easterners are mal adjusted.... But the passion for football is at different levels.....

I do think it is a region thing. I mean, I go to games every year, and I don't feel our love has gone away. For instance, in the win over AZ a few years ago, with Emmitt's return - I think the noise in there rivalled the Vet when we got those 2 safeties. I just think it is our personality, and always has been.

One thing I hate is when the fans boo - anyone. My 12 year old stepbrother and I went to the New Orleans game last year, and he started booing with the croud at Vinny.

We left the game, and I explained to him that you never boo someone wearing the star.

BTW - the first game I ever went to was in 1999 - a game where Aikman got booed and, more importantly, TO danced on our star.

That VT booing was bad.

I think when its hot and bothered Dallas fans get into it. I sense itswhen they fall behind or at critical points there's "no energy". Thats what home field advantage SB.

I don't disagree with that at all. The fans should try to get more into it when we are trying to come back. But I also think that until now, our teams have been hard pressed to show us anything to inspire us that they can come back.
