They only gave up 13 points and allowed less than 300 yards. Those are good metrics.

On the flip side, they once again they forced 0 turnovers -- which is the most critical defensive stat of them all.

The Cowboys are in 32nd (last) in the league in force-turnovers this season with a grand total of 3.

Beyond that, the pass rush was below-average to average today. The pass rush is supposed to be the saving grace of the defense. They need to generate more of it somehow. I would have liked to see more Gregory today.

I agree we haven't forced enough turnovers - well, zero is clearly not enough. What sucks is that they are so close at times like the bounce interception today by Jones. But the ball isn't coming out our way, or if it does and hits a DB in the chest he drops it. It's right there and we lose it by bounce, or penalty or plain ineptitude. It's so frustrating.
