hey guys, i know we lost to good and bad teams, but i still have a feeling we can easily win the next 3 games. How you ask? Just ignore reality, if i can do it in Madden, the Cowboys can do it in real life. Is that simple.

Sure we lost games, and won games, but in Madden, i can do it all and iwth Madden, it gives me the confidence to ignore facts. Somehow the coaches will get it all right because of 2 trades and that makes it easier. Life is simplier when ignoring reality.

However, the raiders are a wild card to me because of how good their defense can look at times and playing the cowboys on Monday night might bring the best out of them. Coming off the broncos loss, they have nothing to play for but clearly they are still playing for Pete. This will be a tougher game for Dallas than we think.

Given Dallas lost to Arizona and Carolina, a potential loss is in play here…Cowboys have a disturbing tendency to play down to the competition.
I don’t see them beating Philly, this time with Jalen Carter playing; nor beating Mahomes. Eventually the new acquisitions will help the defense, but expecting Overshown and Revel, who have played zero snaps this season to come in and play meaningful snaps right away isn’t realistic. Williams needs to play well given what was given up for him in draft capital. But at the end of the day it comes down to execution and the Cowboys just haven’t executed on defense.
I think they need to give some of the younger players meaningful snaps to give their depth some experience and start laying the foundation for next year.
