In the last game with Green Bay, didn't Dez have something like 1 catch for 9 yards? Also he and Romo cost us the last playoff game in Green Bay by not finishing the job. Elite players actually complete catches.

As we have seen the last two games, he elevates this offense approximately ZERO. I hope he gets healthy, I hope he plays, but if not... Offense will be just as good either way.

lmao! Yea forgetting Murray fumbled the ball on a home run TD... You just want to elevate the players you like. You have the weirdest agenda on this board. Can we cut you yet?

After what Zeke has done the past few weeks I imagine the Packers will be trying to scheme to shut that down. Now this would create so match ups where Dez could get some favorable coverage from backup CB's. With Dez playing the packers are going to have to choose where to focus their scheme. Without Dez playing I think it's most likely the packers focus on Zeke.

If he can't injure it any more by playing then I 100% want him playing.
This game could decide if we have to travel back to Green Bay in the cold playoffs or if they need to come to Texas. (Getting ahead a bit but you never know).

I'm pretty sure if Witten had broken his foot he wouldn't have played

Not questioning Dez toughness. I want Dallas to be smart and if cleared to play then he should play that is what they are paid to do. People say oh he needs to be 100% most players are not at 100%. My amazement with Witten is he has played with injuries that would knock many players out be it 2 sprained knees, lacerated spleen and a number of other injuries over the 14 years yet he has managed to miss 1 game.

It's Gabe.... He lives in an alternate universe and marches to the off beat of whatever drum he is hearing... What's scary is people like this vote

Oh I know. And I'm all over him like white on rice. He's lucky I was gone these past three days. It's my mission to troll him harder than he trolls our franchise.

He's a scam. A punk. He needs to go to his corner.

If Dez doesn't play GB will put an extra defender in the box to help stop the run. Dez playing will keep GB's secondary honest.

With out there two top corners that would be suicidal. We can torch them easily down the field as there secondary is there weakness. I can't see us losing this game Dez or no Dez. I am more confident in this game than Cincy game.

I agree, I am just putting it in perspective there would be noway that Witt would play with a broken foot or a fractured bone in his knee. Sometimes it's just luck.

I wouldn't have played with the spleen deal... Rockstar for sure

I think some people just don't like to face reality. Again, I hope he plays, and I hope he is healthy and will leave it at that.

Don't hate me because im right 99.9% of the time.

Who is "US"?
You were not even a Cowboys fan when that game happened. You won't tell us who you were a fan of though. You chased Dak Prescott here.

No seriously....you sound foolish with this stuff.
This board has you figured out already.

No, you don't hope he plays... Lets be real, if you could rid the team of our all-time leading passer and our best WR since Irvin tomorrow you would. Gabe, everyone sees right through your strange and weird agenda

Im tired of seeing this team lose. We haven't won more than 2 playoff games in the last 13 years. I know it pains some people that we are now actually WINNING with our "elite" players sitting on the bench in street clothes. If anything you guys should be jumping for joy.

You think Cowboys fans are thrilled about our recent post season disasters?

And more importantly, do you think it takes a troll like you to point it out further?

When we're 4-1 and rolling? And we are jumping for joy (for the most part). Quit it.

Your home needs to be the Rant zone. Or whatever team message board you follow.

It's so simple. If he's recovered, you play him. If he's not, you don't.

It's a pain tolerance issue with Dez, Rev.

He can play if he can work through the pain, without further risk to aggravating the injury (and some speculate it's a bone bruise, but those suck, too).

I am huge fan of him but this is not a must win for us. Don't get me wrong I would love to win this game, but it's not worth him risking anything. Especially because we have a bye week next week and the Philadelphia eagles game is more important to us than the Packers. He can get his revenge in the playoffs. Plus Dak doesn't favor him like Romo does. What does everyone else think?

Play him as long as he is ready to go. He can rest next week. One more win and Dak is all but solidified as the QB going forward.
