I know it sounds a little weird but they guy went to a super bowl and has a winning record, hes a good offensive mind and a good coach, could really develop romo.

And then while he was the OC in Baltimore, had his play calling duties relieved.

no way, he's horrible. i'd say Jerry gives an ambitious offensive coordinator who wont mind trying innovative stuff a shot. For instance Norm Chow.
