Ernie's son, Ken, is QB coach for the Bengals...

He's worked wonders with Palmer and I'm sure he has the same Ernie/Norv philosophy for running the offense...

Ernie got a bit tentative as he got older, but Norv was very aggressive like Ernie was in his Rams days. I would think that Ken would be a little more aggressive than pops, being a younger guy...

We would have to offer him an Asst. HC position like we did Payton when we brought him here from the Gints.

I doubt the Bengals would let him go. Our OC Bratkowski has been mentioned for some head coaching jobs, and Zampese looks to be the favorite for taking his old job if Bratkowski gets a head coaching job.
