For the game agaisnt the Iggles...or for the rest of the season...expectations are never what you want them to be, for better or worse. You never know what's going to happen in a season, especially an NFL season. One injury can cost a team the year...or help another win. One play can literally turn a whole season around for better or worse. Even if we win, no need to get ahead of ourselves...and if we lose, no need to pull the plug. I know this is easier said than done...but let's just sit back....have confidence that our the roster our team has can be any team on any given day/night...and let it all play out. Hope for the best....prepared for the worst...now im gone, over and out baby.

If you want no expectations you should become an Eagle or Cardinal fan they are use to not winning Super Bowls. This is the Dallas Cowboys and I expect them to make the playoffs and win another championship in the near future.

A fanbase with no expectations has no right to have a winning team

Maybe it's that I'm spoiled and grew up in the days of Aikman, Irvin and Emmitt and a SB title every year, but I expect no less than a championship season every year. Even making the SB and losing is a complete and utter failure in my mind.

Untrue. Ask Steelers fans if their team met all their expectations last year. Ask Pat fans if their espectations were met 3 out of 4 years.

I just picked up a custom made engagement ring that surpassed all my expectations, as well as my bride to be.

Un-realistic expectations are what let you down.

Why be a fan of any team then?

Fans HAVE expectations. Fan=Fanatics // Fandom(per PT)
