How about re-hiring Tony Sparano?

I know that people will probably get sick of this but since Callahan is more than likely not coming back. How about hiring Tony Sparano as the oline coach? He already has a working relationship with Jason Garrett plus he can enter his input into the offensive game plan.

I'm only amusing his time is done with the Raiders due to hiring Jack Del Rio as the Head Coach. But he has to want to come to Dallas and that's if Jason wants him back.

He replaced Callahan with the Jets and changed from Callahan's Zone Blocking Scheme to a Man Blocking scheme and it went down hill quickly.

Frank Pollack is highly likely to take over as the OL coach.

Bingo. They won't change from what they're doing. Pollack will be the guy if Callahan goes (which I think he does).

I have read information stating that he would like to explore other options (Offensive Coordinator) before signing back with Dallas.

That could be rumors but if I were Jason I would come up with a back up plan.

I would be worried if Callahan gets an OC job and is allowed to bring in Pollack as his OL coach. My hope is Pollack remains in Dallas

I don't t think Frank Pollack would like the Cowboys to hire Sparano to take his job.
