I disagree on Spellman and Tucker. Spellman had 10 sacks in 2 seasons, and Tucker's production matched his expectations as an UDFA.

Need to find spots for Torrin Tucker and Rob Petitti.
Poor Rob. I'll never forget when he was forced to play and they were doing the game on Fox. Joe Buck and Troy announced it. They had asked Rob Petitti sometime before the game, if he was stranded on an island, what one person would he want to have with him?....He said Bill Parcells. LOL

I also remember that awkward moment in training camp one year before (I think) the 05 season when BP literally leaned into Pettiti's ear and whispered "I will not let you fail."

Uhh...

There's have to be some minimum qualifications, such as starting at least X number of games or being at least an X-round draft pick.

Also, Tyson Walter and Matt Lehr were much worse centers for us than Al Johnson.

You could have gone with Goodrich but you went with Hawthorne, who actually made a few plays and was NFLE defensive POY twice?

Come on, no way he was worse than Goodrich!

Also, Marcellus Wiley really deserves at least honorable mention.

Hawthorne lasted one game with us as a starter. One. He was horrible against the Texans and we released him to start Derek Ross. Remember?

That was Bryant Westbrook.

Hawthorne started 11 games in 2001 and five more in 2002.

Reading this list ...

Between the great Landry-era scouting ..

And the great recent scouting (OK, take away B Parcells' crappy OLs & Carpenter)

There must have been some very, very, very bad scouting in between.

Lance Frazier needs to be on this list at corner, so does Torrin Tucker.

I agree...Proctor needs to be on the list....he is horrible.

I actually thought the Hambrick's were all-right for the short time they were here. They both had big games for us....200 plus yards rushing against the Commanders and over 150 tackles in one season.....not too bad.

They were a couple of knuckleheads though.

Al Johnson does not deserve to be on here. He was OK to good.
Eddie George actually was OK for most of the time-not bad.
