Its only the second game of the season. How big could it be?

In the overall scheme of things it might not be big at all. Historically Cowboys of course first team to begin 0-2 and go on to win Super Bowl but they were the defending champs.

This is a young team trying to find their way. An offense trying to re-establish themselves setting a futility mark in Cowboys history for most scoring games under 10 points in a stretch .

How does the season look at 0-2?
The mountain to climb just gets bigger.

This is as close as it gets to a must win early in the season with a very tough schedule ahead.

Hopefully we can rebound and put to rest all of the negative drama that will be attached with the prospect of 0-3.

If the troubling trend of poor play by Dakota Prescott and the O-line continues then we have a problem. If not, we have a one week reprieve until the next must win, game 3 ;)

A win and it's civil on here for a week, a loss and it's a continuation of week 1. As far as the effect of a loss on the team, IDK, I've never been invited into the locker room and never will be. This just occurred to me, the offense is pulling a 2010 when the defense tanked under Uncle Wade. That would change the mood on here after an 0-8 start :muttley:

The odds of us making the playoffs after going 0-2 are so low that I think it’s ok to say that the season is pretty much on the line.

We have about a 10% chance to make the playoffs if we don’t win this game.

losing big in Jerry's playground to the hated Mara after being punked by the Jets owner? "big" week for the jones family

btw, I see something like 23-20 Dallas win and then the JWB flows freely in a "good" way instead of a "needs help in an AA way"....

It's no bigger than game 1 was and equally as big as the next 14 that will follow.
