for DT Donteri Poe from the Chiefs? Sounds crazy but it gives us a possible starter next to Ratliff and allows Hatcher to play SDE opposite Ware. Poe's cap hit would only be 900k for us but about 2.5 dead money for the Chiefs who want to go DT with their 1st pick and play the 3-4.

I want to get something for Spencer instead of keeping him and overpaying him to be an undersized SDE.

Why would KC trade a guy they drafted less than a year ago?

The dude was a complete project from the start, I can't see any way they'd give up on him yet and if they are giving up on him, why would Dallas want him?

Poe is only one year removed from being drafted #11 overall. You don't think KC could get more for him? Especially after trading away their 2nd to get Alex Smith?

Why would we want Poe, guy is a bust. Just another DL bust in KC to go with the other top 10 DL bust that was drafted there. No thanks.

How is it possible to trade a player whose rights you don't have?

Spencer's a FA, right?

No Dallas placed the franchise tag in him today

A possible trade swapping Spencer for Melton is where this concerns stink should start. Even then I'm not sure I would give up Spencer that easily.

Since Cleveland is switching to a 3-4 the better deal would be for either Rubin or Phil Taylor. I love Madden dreamers!!

Man. People just don't want Anthony Spencer on this roster for some reason. I don't think I've ever seen anything like it.

These threads crack me up.

When's the last time a player was traded for another player in the NFL? It almost never happens.

This isn't the NBA or Madden.

I know, let's trade him for Dexter Coakley.
