The individual providing the stream is indicating he will take it down once he gets '500 subs for youtube'...

Is he saying he will move the stream to youtube once he has 500 subscribers to his stream? Can somebody please explain what those currently viewing his stream should do in that event.

I think he means that he will take of that watermark out of the screen
