How can you not be excited about this offense?

You answered it yourself- question marks at both T spots...
But I think if coaching is right and ( in accordance with current schemes not 80’s principles with Solari) the tackles can run block at least, and we have some hungry backs who want to prove a point or two. If the run game improves even a bit it will help passing offense tremendously, Dak has got weapons and if (big if)he gets in sync with them quickly in the games the offense should move the rock.

I no longer get emotionally invested in this team.
A "fair-weather fan" is someone who only supports a team or person when they are successful or winning. This type of fan is not a consistent or loyal supporter and tends to disappear or lose interest when the team or person experiences a downturn or failure. They are often contrasted with diehard fans or loyal supporters who stick with their team through thick and thin.

In order to have a Super Bowl caliber team you must have a Super Bowl caliber front office. The Dallas Cowboys don't have it.
For all the analysis, debate, fanfare or whatever…it really doesn’t go much beyond that.

You only support Dak Prescott.
If you cared about the Cowboys you would be as mad as the rest of us about the past eight seasons.
So don't go lecturing ANYONE on being a fan!

Well, being the fair weather fan you are I expect you to be upset. The truth hurts so they say.

When I see a back who can not only get short yardage, but punch the ball in the end zone I’ll be happy.

We can’t have a starting back with only two rushing TDs like last year.

Last years results have very, very little to do with this years results.
I wholeheartedly agree.

One of the main reasons for this is due to teh amount of injuries from last year.

However, injuries happen. They will happen this year, although no one can predict the extent.

Dak is back and should be ready to go, he'll have weapons at his disposal to throw to. You take a young stud in Lamb, and pair him with Pickens, fireworks should go off every game! Pair that a hungry TE in Ferguson, and some young backup TE's, along with a speedy Turpin, our passing game should challenge defenses in a way it hasn't challenged them in several years.

Our commitment to add to the offensive line can't be unnoticed. Do we have questions at both OT positions, of course, but with dedication from these OT's and new coaches to challenge them, we hope they improve to levels unknown for this offense. Our interior OL is looking great with Tyler Smith, and Beebee who as a rookie showed a lot of promise. Factor in a mean tough and nasty rookie in Booker, and we should be able to be more physical up front.

Questions still are there at the RB position, but I don't think it's that deep as fans have made it. Training camp begins soon, open up competition for EVERYONE and not just whoever is the highest paid/etc. Let those guys compete and the best person will get the start and hopefully will have a chance to find his rhythm in games and not be taken out so often. Sprinkle in some plays from our rookie in Blue, his speed alone if we can create lanes/get him catches, could be exceptional for us.

I'm excited about the thoughts of this offense and where things can go. You can't rule out other guys like Mingo/Tolbert giving us help on offense. I want to see how different the offense looks from previous seasons under Mike McCarthy. Will we rely on Dak to be in the shotgun often, will we see more 12 personnel. I can't wait, please give your thoughts!!
Your first word in the post answers the title of the thread.

Not emotionally invested does not indicate non-support.

He so emotionally invested he quits after spending months insulting other fans and dictating how they should fan. The emotional intelligence of a toddler.
