How do we get Skip Bayless fired?

I'm so sick of this guy. For years he just blindly bashes the Cowboys. Look, I'm not one of these people that hate people that slam the Cowboys IF they have thoughtful opinions, but he just pulls stuff out of his butt that makes no sense and that he has given no thought to.

I'm sick of journalism in this country turning to crap, and when it starts to infiltrate something that should be as straightforward as sports reporting, we should make a stand as the public.

We need to find a way to get a petition together to get this guy canned. Hey, the guy or girl can hate the Boys 100 times more than Skip does, I don't care as long as they base their opinions in some sort of professionalism.

Funny how he is the EXACT OPPOSITE of Troy Aikman as a sports commentator. Troy removes the city and uniform and just says what he sees based on his knowledge. Skip, well i'm beginning to think everyone is right and his story to try to call Troy gay was just a facade for himself, and since he got run out of town for it, he's just going crazy against us.

What a jerk, and I am dead serious, we should do something about it. I thikn a few thousand signatures from Cowboys fans could help.

Any ideas?

You know I for one do get tired of all the media hates Dallas, insert name hates Dallas, and etcetera. I get tired of it. One minute people hate the guy, but as soon that person writes something good the article gets used as proof that Dallas is on their way.

However, I have one exception. I can not stand Skip Bayless and I never get tired of bash Bayless posts.

The problem is that theres a brand of "commentator" now where the goal is to talk as loudly as possible and say as many outrageous things as possible.

And for some reason, this sells well.

Bayless is one of the prime culprits, as is Steven A. Smith, and (sadly) our own Michael Irvin.

They say things not because they necessarily believe it, but because they know they'll get attention for it.

yea, don't read it and don't react.

each time you get all "fired up" his job is done and you "paid attention".

stop paying attention and if enough do that he's no longer doing his job and he'll have to either change what he does or quit.

LOL, don't listen to him. He gets paid to spout off his opinions. We don't get paid, but we spout our opinions in the Forums every day.
