He was released a couple of times in '14 and '15. He's been a mainstay this year.

I like him infinitely better than Clutts. The added bonus is that he has a defensive player's mindset and contributes on special team coverage units.

Clutts was decent at blocking .. he just regularly went in the wrong direction

It would be like a linebacker tackling an offensive player who didn't have the ball every other play. Nice tackle, but why?

has been digging linebackers out all year (as broddius would say). I get giddy thinking of run packages with Smith & Looney leading way for Zeke or even as another poster mentioned "mack truck sweeps".

He's been good at blocking. I'd like to see some balls thrown to him. Especially in the short yardage goal line situations.

Play action, have him fake a block then slip through the line, all alone in the end zone for a TD. Just another wrinkle for the opposing defenses to think about.

Excellent job and we run really good when he is in the game. Not sure why we don't use him more often especially when we run better with a FB in the backfield.

He has been adequate, which is 10x better than what we are used to seeing. Hense, the responses of excellent, great, and fantastic. He gets a nice dig out every now and then, especially on short yardage, but needs more consistency. Overall, a huge upgrade over Clutz which is a pleasant surprise.
