How does Wade handle RBs?

I'm asking because I don't really know of his past. And I'm curious to see how he will handle Julius and Marion. I liked what we had last year.

Wade loves a good running game, so expect at least one or two upgrades to the oline.

What I hope to see is him getting Julius the ball more in space so he can use his ability to make plays and use Barber to grind it out. We ran Julius up the middle to much...he needs to get to the corners or used more in screens and other ways to get him the ball in the open field. I like them both and hope they get used more to their strengths.

What I want to see is if Garrett brings back the FB into the Cowboys offense. Jason was around to see the effect Moose had on Emmitts running game. I think the 2 TE offense does not help the RB's as much as a bruising lead blocker to take out the 1st guy in the path of the RB.

BP used a Richie Anderson ultility guy and converted LB'ers at FB. Give me a Moose or Lorenzo Neal guy back there and see what our RB's can do.

Well based on his Buffalo records, he definitely believes in running the ball

Each year there and in Denver, he averaged 400 atts for the year using multiple backs. However, he only had one 1000 yd back and that was Antowain Smith in his 2nd year in the league.

He's never had an elite RB in the backfield. By the time he got to Buffalo, Thurman Thomas was on his last legs.

So I think we'll continue using both Barber and Jones. In what capacity, I don't know.

Give me that Rutgers running back as FB...this kid is a stud! Add him to MBIII and JJ...holy cow that would be sweet.

Actually I think he will take a good hard look at Hoyte- the way the guy blocks has got to impress. Plus, since wade is a longtime D coach, a hard hitting LB has got to always find a soft place in his heart.

Ray Rice? Hell no man, that guy is a runner, not a blocker.

Not Ray Rice, Brian Leonard, the fullback.

I know Hos and some other are pumping up tweeners on the first day but I would LOVE to see us pick up a quality back on the first day of the draft.

Which Tweener am I shilling for Fuzzy?

The guys I have mentioned are Laron Landry, Reggie Nelson, Ryan Kalil, Paul Posluzny, and Robert Meacham. I don't think any of them fit the Tweener label.

LaMarr Woodley does, but I said I like him in the 2nd if he is there.

I think most defensive coaches want a great running game -- SD was 4th overall in time of possession last year. Near the bottom in pass attempts and near the top in rush attempts.

Of course, Wade had nothing to do with that. But having that ToP advantage and the ability to break off long drives allows your D to be more aggressive.

Of course when you have a back like LT having the season he did, it would be stupid to not run the ball.

The only USC guy I have mentioned is Kalil and he is the #1 rated Center on most Draft publications. When I mentioned him it was about Gurode moving to RG instead of Rivera.

Excellent plan. Now if Gurode could only regain the form he had at Colorado when he was a beast.

Hopefully Julius Jones will get the bulk of the carries to prove once and for all if he's the real deal or not, nothing against Barber be he's nothing special.
