I don't think Shedeur is a franchise QB, but I do think he's a better player than Daniel Jones and DeShaun Watson, and some teams will call that good enough.

I'd take Ward #1 because he's the only franchise QB material I see, I'd take Travis Hunter, and Will Johnson ahead of Shedeur because they're the only blue-chippers in this class, and after that it's anyone's game. You could justify taking Shedeur as early as #4 just based on positional value.

I saw his ceiling as Geno Smith which I thought was a good comp.

Due to the need across the league, Sanders is probably going to be a top 2 pick, unless another QB surpasses him in the offseason. Personally, I see him in that top 15 range. For the Cowboys to hit gold, they need to get into that top 2, as teams will still trade up for those 2.

The reality is that each draft, the position of QB gets elevated to a higher spot than warranted. From what I have seen this season, I haven't been all that impressed with Quinn Ewers, Carson Beck, or Nussmeier (LSU). I haven't seen Sanders play yet this year. But at some point between the combine/pro days and the draft, the media hype around these guys will intensify and teams will move up in the top of the first round convinced that they have to grab one of them. I wouldn't want the Cowboys to burn a top-ten pick on any of these QBs. Rather get one of the top DTs. A lot of hype surrounding Travis Hunter - and likely well deserved - but I am concerned about his durability.

He is a first round pick, maybe top 15, but I’ll vote 16-32. How he plays in the tournament will affect his draft position a lot.

Shedeur has some issues with holding onto the ball and running into sacks at times but he also has elite accuracy.

I will be surprised if he isn't the first QB off the board.

Actually Cam Ward is considered the #1 QB prospect by most of not all draft gurus
Cowturd had an insider on his show and said Sanders is the best quarterback and the guy was using NFL front office information. Mel and ESPN have Sanders at the top as well.

Per Brugler - arm talent is average and eats too many sacks (that aren’t the OLs fault).

He has Milroe rated higher .

When the draft gets closer, you will start to hear the same tropes with "anonymous scouts" saying he struggles to read defenses, or he's not a good locker room guy, despite throughout the season there is plenty of evidence of the opposite.

Will Shedeur be valued higher than Trevor Lawrence was coming out of college? I don't think so.

I would target him in the 3rd round, but I get the feeling he will going in the top 15 of the first round in this draft. So much hype around him.

It's wild how you think scouts are influenced by hype and not game film.

Shedeur is a lock for top 10 and I’d say top 5 personally. QBs are always going to rise to the top whether it’s warranted or not. To me he’s definitely capable of being a starter and I honestly would not be upset at all if Dallas committed to drafting him for the future

I have watched 3 of his games. I think he has arm talent, but he doesn't have the skill set compared to Michael Vick of years ago. He plays under control, but he is not a quick twitch athlete. He seems to quite often run right into sacks.
