I admit I was nervous when we released him. Does anyone know how he's doing? I think Reeves is doing much better than expected.

We are fine without him. Reeves and Nate Jones are filling in quite nicely.

He's doing better each week.

Week 1: Inactive.
Week 2: Inactive - but got to stand on the sidelines in street clothes.
Week 3: Active - but didn't do much as the 5th CB.

At this rate, I expect he'll have his first tackle by week 10 and his first INT by Week 12 (2009)

dont rip Aaron, he played pretty well here.

Agreed.

He left because we cut him, not because he didn't want to be here.

Actually, Glenn was claimed off waivers from the Cowboys by the Jaguars if I remember correctly. He had no choice .. well he could have retired but that was the only choice he had.

Glenn said that he fully understood that the Cowboys cut him because they did not want to be committed to paying him his full salary for the year (he qualifies for that since he is a veteran player) and that he expected to be resigned after the first week.

Since the Jaguars claimed him and he was on their roster the first game (inactives are still on the roster), he is guaranteed his salary for the year so unless the Jaguars fall out of the playoff race, they will likely keep him on their roster.

And then he cut off his nose to spite his face.

He figured "He'd show the Cowboys!"

He has.

He's played jack-squat.

Yeah! Let's rag on a guy who the team cut, and was nothing but professional and played pretty well when called on.

Gee whiz, some of you are hard to please.

Aaron Glenn lost the Commanders game in 2005 [remember the 2 long TD passes to Moss in final 4 minutes?]

It ended up costing us the Wild Card.

I haven't once heard you say something good about the cowboys, aaron glenn was better for us than he was worse and you don't see that?

I had you on ignore for a long freaking time and decided you deserved a second chance, you are a hair away from perm-ignore with me.

I don't think you give a damn, but in all honesty you don't offer jack all to the board. Change your gimmick because not one person here takes jack all you say seriously anymore.
