I'm just curious how many of you don't want Murray back ? If so who do you want draft or FA?

Awesome running back, but I don't want him back, I might be one of the few, but I don't care. I've never seen a running back who runs into the backs of his blockers more than him. Or who passes up making a cut to get an open lane more than him. He puts his head down, and runs into people, rather than looking for the open space. I'm being picky, i don't care. The rest of the league tells you an undrafted rookie, middle round pick, or journeyman backup (Forsett) could get a 1,000 yards. Let him sign a big contract somewhere, get a compensatory draft pick for him. Unless we get AP, which I would do in a second.

Not could be but definitely. There was a lot of injuries early on at that spot for teams around the league and he was not grabbed.

Either they think injuries are still an issue or that he's so bad on special teams, there is no use wasting a spot.

Right now, I don't think he has starting talent. So you better play special teams if you are down the depth chart.

RB Ryan Williams has been pursued by roughly 10 teams to put on their active roster. Turned them all down. Will Cowboys need him this week?

Can't justify big money on an RB, but I sure as heck wouldn't spend a 1st or even 2nd rounder on one either.

smh. I want him back. I'm convinced his ability to run the ball is the reason we were able to establish offensive success early on, which translated into wins, wins, wins. Teams had no answer for him in the early part of our season. I don't want to spend the house for him, but I want him back.

If he comes back at a reasonable deal fine. Otherwise we could invest a draft pick and have just as effective a running game and use those dollars to upgrading our defense.

It's the OL bro. Just my opinion . A true great back would have had 2000 yards easy with these holes.

It's not about not wanting him, it's about cost/benefit. He's an elite talent, but he's going to command huge money and he should take the highest bid. We worked him like a dog, and the track record of guys coming off a season like that is not good at all.

I want him back but if we can't I hope we can't land AP. I don't want to spend a 1-3 pick on a running back.

Tell the fumbler to get gone. I don't care how many yards he rushed for, you can't have a back put the ball on the ground as much as he does

I want him on the other side of the Country. He can take his fumbling with him. I was in his corner all year long, but when we're in BIG boy games, and you fumble like that, you're no one to me. Cut this slob, get him far way from this franchise.

I move on, he's overworked and it showed late in the season. Randle looked better. With our oline, we don't need to overspend. Plus he's a fumbler. He's no Marshawn lynch.

I would send Murray packing & McClain packing. If Dez wants to play hard ball, franchise him. I hate to be mean to some of my favorite players, but today just rubbed me the wrong way, seriously. With McClain and Murray gone, we can get SUH, and find an edge elite rusher, or one or the other. I just want a pass rush, and I want it now.
