How many other Cowboys fans in rival territory experience this

After the game vs your biggest rival (for me it's Philly that's where I live) if Dallas loses, you will hear from people you haven't seen or spoken to in 5+ years. It's so anoying. I usually post something about how I'm flattered or how all these people must have a crush on me because they still think about me (you should try it, pisses them off and they stop) My cellphone battery after this game can only be one of two things: 90% and up or 10% and down. No one wants to talk when they (for me the Eagles) lose. But do you have people blowing you up you haven't seen or heard from or am I just extremely unlucky/secretly admired? Let's go Dallas, beat this circus they call the Eagles

For me, in Colorado..... ALL I have to do is mention the super bowl drubbing. And then all the crap SB records they hold.

For good measure i play the 'let's count Vinny's. You go first." game. :)

I lived in Commanders territory for about 5 years. It was tough, but fortunately I didn't have rival fans THAT interested in harassing me.

Oh that happens everytime the Cowboys lose for me. Everyone knows how big of a Cowboy fan I am and it's open season then things go south. They used to bug me during the games until I finally stopped answering my phone.

I find that as along as I wear my Eagles jersey after the game I blend in and people leave me alone.

My god daughter texted me on Thanksgiving during the the game. She's a Texans fan. It's her first time trying to trash talk me. I nicely told her to don't start none and there won't be none. Because she was one more text from being blistered.

Other than that my friends pretty much ignore me,because they want to preserve our friendship. Lol

What ticks me off are people that are just flat out Cowboys haters flapping their gums. I've pointed out to several friends and family members how sad it is for them how their teams may be in first place and they feel so inferior that they still worry about the Cowboys. Even funnier that Cowboys teams that aren't even playoff bound are still lead ins on sports shows, still the talk of the town, still a ratings booster, and this could be a Cowboys team in last place and their teams are still second to the Cowboys.
Drives them crazy when I tell them how much the Cowboys must be in their head of their team is doing better and they keep looking back at the Cowboys.

Same for me.

I usually shrug it off and take my lumps, but certain losses aren't that easy. (Skins game this year)

After those game I'm a venom spittin mofo

And people learn real quick to back off.

Thanksgiving day 2014. Sitting with my girlfriend, who is a SF fan. Dallas and SF, back to back. She spent the Dallas game laughing and passing me bottomless glasses of wine. I spent the SF game laughing and passing her glasses of wine - considered just giving her the bottle and a straw.

Good times, good times.

Me same here in Denver. They rip on me all the time Elway vs Aikman, Emmit vs TDavis. I try to steer clear of most of the needless dribble but it all come down to championships which ultimately shuts them up.
I have old girl friends from 15 years back who love to see the Cowboys lose just knowing that I'm suffering for it. I guess it came to who was getting more love and attention from me, the Cowboys or them? The Cowboys always was won out.

I hear it a lot from Pats fans, until I ask them who was Steve Grogan. At that point I bust them and the conversation changes to, "so you're a bandwagon Patsie eh??"

I live in south Texas where the only football fans are either cowboys fans, bandwagoners and MOSTLY cowboys haters. I swear hating the cowboys here is the "cool" thing to do. During the games I put my phone face down with no interruptions. I either watch the games alone or with cowboys fans. I couldn't imagine living in Philly, Washington, or NY.
A year ago I literally decided to be by myself for a lab I was taking in college because the only other available partner for the course was wearing a Commanders jersey. Go cowboys!
