We're going to have a battle for jobs at guard this training camp and Bernadeau will be in the mix. He might win the job, he might not. And that's why I'm saying 4 for sure starters as of now. There's no way to know for sure with Bernadeau as of now.

Reasonable. I think Callahan went after him that quickly because he really likes what he brings to the table. I guess time will tell.

Take Vickors for example, if Dallas opens with one back sets a majority of the time, is he a "starter"?

He'll be the #1 fullback but the #2 TE or #3 WR might see more actual "starts" than he does.

The same defensively if the offensive formation dictates they start in the Nickel or Dime.

Shawn Li will see 95% of the ILB snaps but it wouldn't surpise me in Connor and Cartar splits there time almost evenly depending on the package.
