How many wins would the Niners have if Schotty was their Head Coach?

The Niners are in the divisional round despite a ton of injuries to their star players. Shanahan is showing the true value of an elite coach. IMO the Niners would have a bottom 5 record with Schotty as the head coach.

They would've been 15-2.

Schotty wouldn't be calling that ridiculous downfield passing attack that gets QBs injured. He's a much smarter play caller than Kyle.

The niners are lucky the eagles oc has no clue what he is doing.
Oh, so he's the one who called those overthrows by Hurts? And here I was thinking it was the QB who was overthrowing receivers. Who knew?

No one will ever know anything of that sort because Dallas was the only organization that would hire Schottenheimer as HC. Just like Garrett, Philips, and McCarthy before him, this'll be Schottenheimer's last HC job.

49ers lost their best pass rusher, best WR, their best overall defender, and now their all world TE, to injury. 4 of their top 6 or 7 players gone, and they still find a way to win a playoff game. All that and their QB missed half the season, they still managed 12 wins. Dallas would've been 3-14 or some such with the injuries the 49ers have had. Yet in spite of it, here SF is, in the divisional round, in a place where Dallas has only been 6 times in 30 years, only once this decade, and yet the old fool and his son tell us that "it only takes one year" to make things right. Idiots.

Wouldnt make the playoffs, 49ers decimated with injuries on defense and still hold the Eagles to under 20. Coaching matters and its no wonder guys like Kyle S can win with back up quarterbacks and players. McVay same thing.

I believe Shanahan and Lynch will be the 2025 Coach and Executive of the year, respectively.
