How much could getting TO effect our FA?

In other words, would other FA's be more or less likely to come to Dallas if we have TO on board?

I don't think that would affect any of the FA spots we are looking at (o-line, safety, lb, DT, K) because none of them compete with wide receivers for starting spots.
