Ahh, putting the Eagles and Jags in the same sentence makes me supremely happy for some reason.
It has wonderful sound!

Let me climb into the way way back machine and look for an instance...
There's one! Darrelle Revis signing with the Pats in 2014.
But he's one of the exceptions to the rule.
If you review Super Bowl winners I think you'll find at least 1 big money free agent on the roster.
So about 1 every 2-3 years or so since FA started.
There really aren't many back breaking deals in existence.Back breaking, mega deal, nope.
How often has signing a big time free agent worked in getting a Super Bowl win?
I am talking about these back breaking deals,
I really can't think of any?
Ok when did it work? I am talking mega, back breaking deal?
Any of those equivalent to Suh deal? Adjusted for times of course?
This is a ridiculous question -- you are asserting crazy qualifiers to prove your point. Not only did the team have to "win a SB," they had to have recently signed a "back-breaking FA." There just aren't that many of either.
But, if you modify your qualifiers some, there are plenty of examples.
Your question is loaded from the onset. Only 1/32 teams will win the super bowl, and Suh's deal is the largest defensive contract in the history of the league, so your answer is no.
Pretty rare that a big name FA is a true game changer. At the end of the day, if you aren't drafting well, your team will suck, plain and simple.
