How pumped would you be?

We can extend Dak and cooper and still have money available for this year.

Taco ain’t even hardly sniffed the field he’s so bad. Atleast d law played his first 3 years. Taco ain’t gunna last

We ain’t rolling dice. We can extend ours and still pay two vets cheaply on one year deals. I didn’t say give them multi year big contracts. Berry will be cheap cheap and suh money is falling daily

If Collins would be a nice addition to other teams, then we should just keep him.
Not sure why everyone is down on him. But every year fans jump on a few players saying they suck, when they really aren’t all that bad.
But it is just the way fans pile on from here.

We won’t be able to pay him! It’s a business

With the money saved in the Demarcus Lawerence deal we could likely sign all 3, Yeldon, berry and suh on one year deals and make a hellacous run this season under Garret’s last year.

“Garret[t]s last year.”

SERIOUSLY??!?

Barring a complete team meltdown, the death of Jerry Jones, or unless Kellen Moore proves to be the second coming of Vince Lombardi, Jason Garrett isn’t going anywhere, anytime soon.

If you wish to believe otherwise, then keep rubbing that lamp, Aladdin...you got two wishes left.

Taco is a bum, I got more faith in randy Gregory than this guy. La’el is like a 9-11mil cap hit this year. We won’t be able to pay him after this year he will get a huge deal elsewhere

LOL!! This cracked me up. I'm kind of thinking the same in regards to Collins. I just wouldn't package Taco because at this time he's not worth anything. Might as well see what he can do this upcoming season. Because if we trade him and he does break out, the Cowboys look like idiots.

After may 12th we can sign free agents that won’t affect 2020 draft compensation picks. I believe that’s why some of the better free agents available still are ultimately available.

If we were to sign Eric berry and suh or somehow get Gerald McCoy that would be huge splashes on one year deals going into the draft. Imagine going into the draft without really any weaknesses. We could likely go bpa the whole draft.

Still could package La’el Collins, taco and a pick to move up in the draft. La’el could be a nice addition to most teams in the league and we could slide Fleming into the right tackle spot.

I would still like to sign tj Yeldon as he is the perfect compliment back to zeke. Can do everything a back needs out of the backfield.

Thoughts?

La'el isn't going to give you anything that you want draft pick wise.

Suh and McCoy combined would cost more than we have, they aint signing 1 year prove it deals, Suh got $16 million last year, he will be looking in that range again!

How would signing anybody after May 12th help us going into this years draft? You do realize the draft is about 3 weeks BEFORE that date, right?

I'd be willing to test what we could get for Taco. However, I don't think he'd be very much. I wouldn't trade La'el because we do need him at RT and we don't have a 1st round pick. I doubt that we could get a first for both. If we could, I would do it and get Dexter Lawrence and a RT in rounds 1 and 2.

To be honest, I wouldn't be that pumped to see Eric Berry on our team. His injuries have been becoming quite significant. Suh is good, but not for the money he's commanding, and he takes plays off. I'd be interested in Yeldon if we can't get a good RB in the draft.

Collins has never played up to the salary he's getting this year. He's an average tackle and he'll cost 10mil this year. 19th highest cap hit for *all* tackles. 2nd highest for RTs.

We shouldn't be signing average players to free agent contracts. Those are bad deals. We've got better players who aren't being paid yet.

He’s not getting 16 million ever again lol

Maybe 8-10.... MAYBE!

McCoy intrigues me as he’s really fallen off and needs to prove he’s still a force in the middle

Options at RT: Williams, Fleming, Ehinger.
Options at LG: Williams, Ehinger, Sua-Filo, Looney

This is the year to move La'el if we want to get more than comp pick value for him.

I agree, but we really better get a replacement RT if we do that.
