How recent Cowboys seasons have gone after week 1 losses

Saw this mentioned on twitter. In the 2014, 2016, 2018 seasons the Cowboys lost in week one and still managed to have great seasons.

On the other hand when they won in week one during the recent seasons, 2015, 2017, 2019 they end up having disappointing seasons.

So if any Cowboys fans is looking for a positive then this proves that recent Cowboys seasons haven't gone bad just because of the team losing in week one.

I guess that's some what nice to hear....didnt' we start off 3-0 last year just to not even make the playoffs? Let's get these bumps and bruises out the way early and go on a run hopefully.

But different head coach, so we'll see. How the Cowboys bounce back against the Falcons will be good sign of how the season goes.

This lost is nothing in the grand scheme of things...
Also can’t forget that the Baltimore Ravens lost to the Cleveland Browns very early on last yr and do you remember the season they went on to have?

Even the New England Patriots would typically drop a game or two early on in the year. Getting most the bumps, errors, mistakes, etc... out of their system early on.
