How to retrieve rosters on Madden 07

anybody know how to retrieve new rosters on madden 07?...if you have to hook up to the internet with it, can you help me out with that too? thansk

yeah, If it is PS2 or the first Xbox, there are some sites you can download the rosters from to upload to the memory card. But if it is 360 or PS3, then I think you can download them from the game online...not sure though.
