How/why/when did the Seahawks become so dominant?

Looking at them on paper they don't appear to be overly dominant but their play on the field says different.

Russell Wilson is a natural. Lynch is the best rb in the league after ap. their defense is loaded.

They had high draft pics for years and then found a Qb that can play.

Kind of like the chiefs had a good team but kept losing until they picked up Alex smith.

I have been telling people for the last 3 years the Hawks are building a team, but most have dismissed me not on here in just in general. They have a front office that had a shift and started to look at building young and trusting the coaching staff with the young players it's like they started seeing what the Sounders Soccer team was doing and started following suit since both teams share a lot of office personal and decisions makers. Living up here, not that many outside of the PNW watch or pay attention to anyone other then the 49ers so the Hawks did it without anyone watching

I've thought all year that the Broncos have the inside track to hoisting a Lombardi this year. Now I think it would be awfully hard for them to beat the Seahawks. They have to be considered the favorite.
