Yes I know. But after finishing 8-8 three years in a row, I'll believe it when I see it.
Get out of this mindset.

No reason to fear anyone on our schedule. We're as good if not better than any team in the league IF we play well.
Bottom line: we have to play good football and we will be fine.
And whoever said Indy is better than we are will find out they're mistaken. We're going to run over the Colts D, and while Luck will have his moments they won't be enough. We're a better team than the Indianapolis Colts.
Teams I don't think we're as good as:
Denver- don't think we can repeat the offensive performance of last season, and I fear Manning would have similar success to that afternoon despite improved Cowboy D
New England- If Brady is on, which he usually is
Teams I think we're no worse than equal to:
San Francisco- Wk 1 not withstanding; no fear of the 49ers on a second attempt whatsoever. Maturing O-Line dominated while Tony worked the kinks out and DeMarco gifted 7 before we even caught our breaths.
Kansas City- quality team. stingy d at times, spotty offense but when they're clicking they are tough.
Seattle- Dominated once, prideful unit will test the Cowboys in second go around.
Green Bay- dead heat with the Cowboys: better passing attack, slightly better D- but Cowboys O-Line might be too much for GB's front 7 over 60 mins.
Indy- as stated before I still think we win for some reason despite Andrew Luck's brilliance
In contention teams I think we're solidly better than:
Philadelphia- IMHO we have their number anyways, now Sanchez is at the helm
Detroit- we win going away at our house if we can get them here
San Diego- appears to have lost a gear in the machine that was weeks 1-6
Baltimore- capable, but too inconsistent.
Cincinnati- a shadow of the team of a few weeks ago
6-0 would put us at 13-3 and we are probably the number one seed
5-1 would put us at 12-4 and we are probably the number two seed
4-2 would put us at 11-5 and we win the division and probably number three seed
3-3 would put us at 10-6 and probably a wildcard team.
2-4 would put us at 9-7 and maybe a shot at the last wildcard, maybe.
1-5 would put us at 8-8 and this season could officially be considered a giant choke job after starting 6-1 and ending up 8-8
0-6 would put us at 7-9 and a losing season resulting in the entire coaching staff being fired, there is no way to retain a coaching staff that loses six consecutive games to close out a season in which the team started 6-1

I don't see the Eagles getting to 10-6 with Sanchez's arm, it could happen I just don't see it.
I'm not sure. Foles wasn't exactly tearing it up this year. I think Sanchez is probably better than he looked with the Jets. I think we'll take the division though.
I think the tough scheduling catches up to us. 3-3 to finish 10-6. Where that get us nobody knows.
I'm hoping for better but I'm skeptical.
10-6 is the correct answer. Only a gift game some place will we get to 11-5. If some of our posters think that Romo can beat a Hassel lead defense (Washington) they are delusional (he has Romo and Cowboys number). We need to have our playoff spot in hand before we play the last game.
Yep.
I'm loving the timing of our bye week this year.
It's right before the stretch run. Can't get any better than that.
Yup, the bye is great. Having a mini bye even later in the year is really good too. Don't forget, after Thanksgiving, we have another Thursday game, giving us a week and a half off right after that.
Ummmmm you do realize they swept that Haslett led defense last year right?
