It's not logic, you're being completely literal to a fault. It's too bad the argument isn't, "who pulled the trigger?" It said who was responsible, and Marshall was responsible. Did Darrent Williams fight a bunch of murderous gangsters? No. Brandon Marshall did. The bullets were intended for Marshall for a reason, because he was responsible for the shooting in the first place. That in my mind defines responsibility. If Marshall's cousin didn't spray a group of gangsters with champagne, and if he did not get physical with them after the club, Darrent Williams would be alive right now. I'm not responding again, so I hope my point got across.

This is the same argument some use for when a woman dresses "slutty," goes to a bar and then ends up getting raped.
