Step 2: Fire Jason Garrett
Step 3: Hire a proper HC like Payton or a college coach like Shaw or any other coach that would be better than Garrett
Step 4: Let the coach decide what he wants to do with our QBs. Keep Dak, draft a new QB and let him compete with Dak, or just draft a new QB and get rid of Dak.

We also need a offensive staff that can help mold a QB instead of ruin one like Dak who is indecisive now and lost any chance at maturing into a franchise QB
