And yet the Cowboys will still be your team. Why? Because they always have been. I find it hilarious that many in here are ball whining about JG, Jerry, the Cowboys as a whole; talking like they are about to boycott the team - yet they will show up AT A COWBOYS FORUM to talk COWBOYS (good or bad); and they will watch again next season. lol You guys crack me up. Y'all are no better than the happy fans/glass is half full crowd.

Here's an idea... join T-RO and jump ship. T-RO said he was about to find a new team just last night.

No, I pretty much nailed it. Your post just got caught in the crossfire is all. Everyone jumped on the OP for merely being a fan of the Dallas Cowboys. Now to many in here, to be a "real" fan, you have to hate all that is Jerry and Garrett and every decision that is made. Am I right or wrong? And those that choose to come in here to enlighten us with a positive spin are ridiculed because it's now the cool thang to do.

The mods made a rant forum all the negativity, but that concept seems to no longer exist in here. So fans that want to enjoy their time here better be prepared to have every thread hijacked.

To all who criticized me, I am a fan. Been one since the first Cowboys game I remember as a kid, losing to the Colts 16-13 many moons ago. And no, I do not give Garrett a pass - if I was GM he would be gone. But with all the injuries and intrigue, we still played with heart. Remember the way the team quit on Wade "our team is a family" Phillips? I didn't see that. And maybe Red has learned something, though I doubt it. I just accept he'll stay, and as an optimist I hope we'll find a way to overcome the things that held us down this year. That to me is the definition of a fan. And I am a Dallas Cowboys fan. Always have been, always will be. Anyone who says I'm not is entitled to their opinion, and everybody has one....

They played better than any of you expected. That's a fact. They made the same crucial mistakes at critical times that they always do. You all saw it coming. You all called it. You were all right. But give credit where it's due. "The worst defense in the league" played better than expected.

this particular game is not a game where anything but a win is acceptable. This loss had three loses attached to it, losing the first game in the division, losing the division itself and losing out on the playoffs YET AGAIN.

That right there is why you wave goodbye to the old year and the old coach.

You know what makes this loss even worse than all that, this was the one where Garrett still didnt learn anything bcause HE still chose to abandon the run. And thats the big problem that killed him and it should have been a nail in the coffin and we should have been done with it.
