I'm pretty mixed about the draft.
I liked Jones but I'm not sold he may not end up being good enough to play full-time corner, I'm hoping he can AT LEAST play S better than anyone we currently have but I'm not certain
I'm okay with Gregory, I honestly think he has seen the light and he's freakishly athletic but not sold he can anchor at DE. He will have to be used specifically or else he may or may not amount to anything, esp if he can't keep weight on. Hard to argue with at 60, but I'm also not sold that we got a full-time starter.
I actually liked Chaz Green, thought this was way early for him though. The more I've studied him, the more he looks like exactly what we needed since he can probably play 4 or 5 OL positions at a quality level. I could see him taking over after Free. I have to wonder how Florida didn't win more games with Humphries, Garcia, and Green on their OL. Impressive.
I'm not sure why we needed another LBer after all those we signed. After researching, I think he could be decent perhaps like Hitchens. I'm going to give this pick the benefit of the doubt.
The Russell pick isn't bad but why do we need him with both Hardy and Gregory? Kills me that we left Jarrett, Bennett, and Hardison on the board here.
The rest of the picks....awful.
So in all, honestly it looks like we didn't get more than POSSIBLY two starters, or we may have hit some homeruns....like i said...mixed bag here
